Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a community outpatient mental health clinic in Boston, MA. You will guide clinical and administrative teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and strong regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring therapists, supervising operations, managing productivity, and reducing clinician burnout while coordinating psychiatric staff with clinic management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Independent clinical license, if applicable.
• Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision.
• Management with data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of mental health regulations, EMR, medical terminology, and pharmacology.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of therapists, front office staff, and interventional personnel.
• Lead clinic decision‑making, supervise both clinical and administrative operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinic productivity and performance using data‑driven strategies.
• Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support front office/customer service teams and oversee staff onboarding.
• Collaborate to improve work environment, reduce clinician burnout, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage a therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership with clinic management.
