Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Clinic Director to lead an outpatient mental health clinic with a team of therapists and psychiatric providers. You will drive clinical excellence, safety, and growth while guiding administrative operations and partnerships.

Lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and use data-driven strategies to improve productivity and patient outcomes in a community-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Independent clinical license, if applicable.
• Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision.
• Management experience with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with mental health regulations and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor therapists and staff.
• Lead clinic decision-making and supervise operations for compliance.
• Manage clinic productivity and performance using data-driven strategies.
• Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support front office teams and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate to reduce clinician burnout and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage a therapy caseload of 8–10 clients weekly, if applicable.
• Coordinate day-to-day management of psychiatric professionals with clinic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinic decision-making, supervise both clinical and administrative operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinic productivity and performance using data-driven strategies.
• Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support front office/customer service teams and oversee staff onboarding.
• Collaborate to improve work environment, reduce clinician burnout, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage a therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable.
• Coordinate day-to-day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership with clinic management.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• An independent clinical license, if applicable.
• Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision.
• Management experience with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of mental health regulations, electronic medical records, medical terminology, and pharmacology.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with current psychiatric care standards and trends.

Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
