Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Clinic Director in Waltham, MA to lead an outpatient mental health clinic with a focus on clinical excellence and personnel growth.

You will recruit and mentor therapists, guide clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive data-driven performance improvements across the clinic’s administrative and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field and an independent clinical license if applicable.
• Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision.
• Management experience with data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of therapists, front office staff, and interventional personnel.
• Lead clinic decision-making, supervise both clinical and administrative operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinic productivity and performance using data-driven strategies.
• Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support front office/customer service teams and oversee staff onboarding.
• Collaborate to improve work environment, reduce clinician burnout, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage a therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable.
• Coordinate day-to-day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership with clinic management.

Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
