EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead clinical teams across therapy, wellness, and medical services in our communities in Florida. You will guide daily operations, mentor clinicians, and strengthen partnerships with community leadership to ensure seamless resident care.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient care alongside leadership, with a focus on resident independence, engagement, and high-quality outcomes within EmpowerMe 360.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in therapy discipline (PT/OT/SLP) required.
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal) desired.
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong collaborative clinical skills and teamwork.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.
