Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead therapy services across our communities. You’ll guide your team, build trusted relationships with residents, and promote independence and participation in programs within EmpowerMe 360. You’ll stay hands-on while shaping how care is delivered daily.

You’ll mentor clinicians, coordinate跨-disciplinary care, and drive service excellence, resident satisfaction, and program growth in a supportive, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities
