Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead therapy teams across our senior living communities. You will guide care delivery, mentor clinicians, and collaborate with community leadership to strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model. Stay hands-on with residents while driving program development and quality improvement.

The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, and a passion for helping residents stay healthy, independent, and engaged within their communities.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
