EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead not just a team but the heartbeat of care in our communities. You’ll guide clinicians, foster trusted relationships, and support residents to stay active, independent, and well-supported.

Through EmpowerMe 360, you’ll help integrate therapy, wellness, and care coordination to deliver seamless resident care across our communities while advancing your leadership journey.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP) required.
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
