Job summary

Ivy Health in New Jersey is seeking a Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a clinic and become an Equity Partner. You’ll shape location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has opened 400+ clinics nationwide.

This role includes strategic latitude with support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and more to grow the clinic and deliver exceptional patient care across PT, OT, speech, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of healthcare setting experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinic from the ground up and shape culture, team development, and patient experience.
