Job summary

Ivy Health in Virginia seeks a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a compassionate team and build a clinic from the ground up. You’ll shape location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a growing company that offers support across Marketing, HR, Compliance, IT, and more.

This role offers a base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, eligibility for a Clinic Director Bonus Plan and equity, relocation assistance, and

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
