Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director in Virginia to lead a team of clinicians, foster a positive culture, and drive exceptional patient care. The role offers an equity path and partnership opportunities for a licensed physical therapist with leadership experience.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, shape clinic operations, and work with the broader Ivy Health network to deliver high-quality outpatient services, including PT, OT, speech, and ABA.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic team and mentor staff in a collaborative environment.
• Help shape clinic location, culture and patient experience as Equity Partner.
• Partner with Ivy Health to support growth of the clinic and ensure quality patient care.
