Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic team and patient care excellence.
• Develop clinic as Equity Partner with input on location and culture.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and operations to support the clinic.
• Grow the clinic, build community relationships, and enhance patient experience.
• Commit to exceptional patient outcomes and quality care.
