Qualifications

• DPT degree required and active PT license in the practice state.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated passion for mentoring and developing others.

• Direct and grow a clinic as an Equity Partner, influencing location, culture and patient experience.
• Mentor clinicians and build a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Coordinate with marketing, HR, IT and operations to support clinic growth and quality patient care.
