Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic team to deliver high-quality physical therapy and related services.
• Mentor and develop staff to build a positive patient-centric culture.
