Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in Michigan. You will lead a team that values collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional patient care while helping shape the clinic from the ground up.

The role offers equity partnership opportunities, support from Ivy Rehab in operations, and a path to grow the clinic and community impact across 400+ nationwide clinics.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Desire to mentor and develop others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional patient care and grow the clinic.
• Shape clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
• Partner with Ivy Health to support Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Compliance, IT, and operations.
