Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery in our community clinics. You will guide your team, build trusted relationships, and help residents stay active, independent, and supported through the EmpowerMe 360 model.

You’ll stay hands-on with residents while driving program development, quality improvements, and cross-team collaboration with operational leadership to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
