Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree and an active Oregon license or eligibility.
• Experience in chiropractic practice and clinic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive new patient examinations and document findings accurately.
• Lead daily clinic operations and drive practice growth with the leadership team.
• Explain treatment plans, progress, and care recommendations to patients clearly.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and oversee therapies and rehabilitation services.
• Supervise Chiropractic Assistants and ensure adherence to scope of practice.
• Oversee clinical documentation and participate in team trainings and meetings.
• Engage in patient follow-up, progress reviews, and outreach activities.
• Build community relationships and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Review clinic performance with leadership and identify growth opportunities.
