Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree and an active Oregon license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• Prior chiropractic practice experience.
• Strong communication and the ability to build trust with patients and teammates.
• Commitment to continued clinical and professional growth.
• Interest in team leadership, practice development, and potential future ownership.
• Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a commitment to accurate, ethical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive new patient examinations, including vital signs, mobility screenings, and digital X-rays when clinically indicated.
• Review clinical findings, coordinate radiology review when appropriate, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Clearly explain findings, care recommendations, and progress to patients.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and oversee therapies and rehabilitation services.
• Direct and support licensed Chiropractic Assistants in carrying out treatment plans within their scope.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in—and grow into leading—twice-daily team huddles and weekly training sessions.
• Support patient engagement through follow-up calls, progress reviews, and consultations.
