Job summary

HCRC consulting is hiring a full-time Clinic Director in the Lancaster area. The Lead DC will blend hands-on patient care with clinic management, mentorship, and strategic growth, guiding a modern wellness practice while advancing the doctor’s career.

The role emphasizes leadership with team mentorship, growth initiatives, and active involvement in community outreach and patient retention strategies.

Qualifications

• DC degree and PA license required or ability to obtain
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong adjusting, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and patient care
• Create and manage care plans
• Educate patients and drive retention and outcomes
• Lead and mentor Chiropractic Assistants and staff
• Oversee daily clinic flow and patient experience
• Run team meetings and staff development
• Collaborate with ownership on clinic performance and growth
• Participate in local events, screenings, and outreach
• Help drive new patient growth and clinic visibility
