Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Tulsa seeks an experienced Clinic Director to lead our outpatient practice, overseeing operations, clinical quality, staffing, and financial performance for a growing clinic of 40–50 therapists while maintaining a limited clinical caseload.

The ideal candidate holds an active Oklahoma licensure, a Master's in a behavioral health field, strong leadership and development skills, and a passion for expanding access to care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Oklahoma clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Licensed for at least two years.
• Clinical supervisor designation or eligibility preferred.
• Experience in clinical leadership, supervision, or program development preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems.

As Clinic Director, you will oversee operations, clinical quality, staffing, and financial performance for a growing clinic of approximately 40-50 therapists while maintaining a limited clinical caseload. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, clinical revenue share, performance incentives, and benefits.
