Job summary

MindNow is opening a same‑day behavioral health outpatient center in Johns Creek, GA, and seeks an Executive Director to lead the new site. You will ensure timely evaluations and treatment planning by psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, and drive service development for adolescents and adults.

In this leadership role you will manage day‑to‑day operations, monitor clinical and budgetary performance, and supervise staff to deliver high‑quality care. Travel ~25% is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 5–8 years of executive leadership in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of behavioral health management and clinical operations.
• Advanced knowledge of state & federal regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Experience with operations, finance and marketing methods.

Responsibilities

Executive Director

MindNow is hiring for an Executive Director to support the opening of a same day appointment and walk-in behavioral health outpatient center. Individuals of all ages in need of mental health services can be seen “same day” by a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner for evaluation and treatment recommendations. MindNow also offers intensive outpatient therapy for both adolescents and adults.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

This leadership position is responsible for day-to-day operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assessment, development, implementation, and management of MindNow services. This position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations ensuring clinical and budgetary expectations are met.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Master's Degree required.


• 5-8 years of experience as a behavioral executive, i.e. CEO at a Behavioral Health facility or as a Director of a large acute care facility with a large multi-unit psych department.


• A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.


• An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.


• Working knowledge of operations and financial management and marketing methods.


• Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time
