Responsibilities

• Assists with maintaining daily Assessments Audit and master Treatment Plan.
• Assists with scheduling treatment teams and ensuring audit reflects teams held.
• Supports discharge planning, pre-admits, and effective workflow for discharges.
• Backs up the Director of Clinical Services in their absence.
• Participates in New Hire Orientation for new staff when needed.
• Ensure utilization management requests are completed in the chart on time.
