Job summary

MindNow is seeking an Executive Director to lead the opening of a same-day behavioral health outpatient center. This leadership role will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure services meet clinical and budgetary expectations.

The position requires 5–8 years as a behavioral health executive, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Collaboration with UHS subsidiaries is involved to deliver patient care at scale.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required in a related field or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of behavior health executive experience (CEO or large director level).
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health management and clinical operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and state/federal requirements.
  • Experience in operations, financial management, and marketing.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Executive Director

MindNow is hiring for an Executive Director to support the opening of a same day appointment and walk-in behavioral health outpatient center. Individuals of all ages in need of mental health services can be seen “same day” by a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner for evaluation and treatment recommendations. MindNow also offers intensive outpatient therapy for both adolescents and adults.


Job Duties/Responsibilities

This leadership position is responsible for day-to-day operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assessment, development, implementation, and management of MindNow services. This position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations ensuring clinical and budgetary expectations are met.

Qualifications

Requirements


  • Master's Degree required.

  • 5-8 years of experience as a behavioral executive, i.e. CEO at a Behavioral Health facility or as a Director of a large acute care facility with a large multi-unit psych department.

  • A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.

  • An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.

  • Working knowledge of operations and financial management and marketing methods.

  • Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time
