Position Purpose:
This positionis responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day operations within the clinic, including staff coordination, process improvement, training, and troubleshooting. The roleassistsin managing workload assignments, scheduling, patientregistrations,andmedical records, while ensuring smooth clinic operations and patient flow. The position also involves administrative duties such as coordinating billing, handling patient inquiries, verifying insurance, and managing special projects.The lead serves as a resource for staff, provides direction in the absence of the manager, and ensures adherence to performance expectations and operational policies.

Job Duties:

Overseesstaff scheduling, onboarding,andeducation.Assistswithpayroll, timekeeping, and performance management
Recognizes and addresses issues,improvingclinicflowand ensuring quality patient care. Responds to patient inquiries.
Activelyparticipatesinmeetings,leadshuddles,ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and departmental policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadershipenvironment.
Associate's degree in related fieldrequired. Equivalent years of experience in related fieldsmay be considered in lieuofAssociate'sdegree.
Must have a minimum of2years of prior related experience in a medical office orhealthcaresetting.
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific topopulationservedwithinthree (3) months of hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
