Seabright is seeking a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026–2027 school year in Alamance, NC. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a hybrid schedule including In-Home and Clinic settings. Duration through 09/25/2028, start ASAP.

Pay ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year on a local contract, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for referral bonuses. This is a United States-based role requiring BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional BCBA experience within the last 3 years.
• Valid BCBA credential or in process in state of practice.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA services in school-based settings under contract.
• Collaborate with district teams and school staff to support students.
• Complete required progress notes, data collection, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
