Job summary

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is partnering with an exceptional ABA clinic to fill a permanent BCBA position. This full-time role serves a pediatric caseload in North Carolina, with a competitive hourly pay range of $46.67 to $47.12 and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional BCBA experience within the last 3 years (residency or practicum allowed)
• Valid BCBA credential/licensure or in process in state of practice

Responsibilities

• Pediatric caseload management.
• Deliver ABA services and data-driven behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

• Weekly Pay Range: $46.67 - $47.12 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
