Behavioral Framework NC LLC is seeking a skilled BCBA to join our clinic-based team. You will supervise clinicians, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and train families to achieve meaningful progress for children with autism.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a warm, supportive culture with strong scheduling and operational support to enable clinicians to focus on care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance to families and teams.
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
