Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking a BCBA to join its clinic-based team. The role emphasizes mentorship of Behavior Technicians, conducting VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Clinical Focus

Compensation and Benefits

Your Day-to-Day

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
• Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
• Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed.
• Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
