Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to guide treatment planning.
• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for school-aged clients.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, ensuring data collection and fidelity.
• Utilize data-driven decision making to adjust interventions and share progress with families and school teams.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to support client progress.
