Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse – Staff to join a collaborative clinic team. You will perform nursing duties, participate in preventive care, care coordination, and education for patients across the journey.

This role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing assessment, and contributing to an exceptional patient experience in a supportive environment. The position requires an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• Current Ohio nursing license.
• Knowledge of the specialty or population served.
• Ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team.
• 1–2 years’ nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans care for participants and family based on assessment and standards of care.
• Initiates and individualizes appropriate patient care guidelines and pathways.
• Maintains and updates the plan of care to reflect progress.
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to address needs and interventions.
• Performs nursing skills per policies and accepted standards of practice.
• Documents interventions and outcomes and ensures accurate orders.
