Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Clemmons, North Carolina is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. In this role, you will work with young children implementing evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB required.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children, especially in ABA or early intervention, preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans with fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, social skills, and daily living.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members.
