Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children in the North Salt Lake and Bountiful areas. You will work 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision, building communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation within North Salt Lake, Bountiful, and surrounding areas
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes as directed by supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
• Record behavioral data electronically after each session
• Communicate progress with the BCBA and clinical team
• Participate in parent training, team meetings, and generalization activities
• Assist with assessments, materials prep, and therapy session organization
• Follow BIPs and safety protocols
• Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested
