Job summary

Thrive Autism Services in Ahwatukee Clinic-Based is seeking an RBT to work with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavioral interventions, collect data, and support social, communication, and self-care skills in clinic sessions and with families.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, RBT certification preferred, and 6–12 months of ABA experience; salary is $21–$24 per hour with a Monday–Friday in-person schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred).
• RBT certification (preferred).
• 6-12 months working in ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services under BCBA supervision to children with autism.
• Collect data and monitor progress on skill acquisition.
• Implement behavioral intervention and manage challenging behaviors.
• Teach social, adaptive, functional communication, and self-care skills.
