Job summary

Thrive Autism Services in Wellton, AZ seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through direct service delivery under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavioral interventions, collect data, and support skill acquisition in social, communication, and self-care areas, both in-home and in-clinic.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification is preferred, and 6–12 months of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required), bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications: RBT certification preferred.
• Experience: 6–12 months in ABA therapy.
• Clearance: Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and monitor progress.
• Manage problem behaviors and implement behavior plans.
• Teach social, adaptive, communication and self-care skills.

Education
