Job summary

Intermountain Centers For Human Development, Inc. is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Yuma, AZ to provide ABA services to clients aged 2-18. This critical role involves developing treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree related to ABA, BCBA certification, and at least 3 years experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Join us to impact the community positively.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorders.
• BCBA certification and licensing required in Arizona.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to programming and training of staff.
• Develop and implement ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and collect data on progress.
