Job summary

Anchor Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Full Time ABA Clinic BCBA in West Orange, NJ. The role involves direct ABA services for clients, supervising therapists, and developing individualized treatment plans. Strong data collection and compliance with BACB ethics are required.

We offer a 8AM-4PM or 8:30AM-4:30PM or 9AM-5PM schedule with a base pay of $70,000–$80,000 per year. Applicants must hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree, with experience in managing teams and using ABA software

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA or related field preferred.
• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Minimum of one year experience as BCBA with children/adolescents.
• Basic technology skills with computer or mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services to clients in individual and group settings.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Write, update, and maintain client programs and documentation.
• Supervise ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCaBAs to ensure quality service and BACB compliance.
• Monitor progress, collect and analyze data using ABA software and Microsoft Office.
• Lead monthly progress meetings with families/guardians and communicate updates with supervisors.
