Job summary

Special Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide high-quality, in-person ABA services in a collaborative, clinic-based environment in Oklahoma City, OK 73114. The role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, and data-driven decision making within a team of clinical professionals.

You will supervise RBTs, coordinate with families and caregivers, and manage insurance authorizations while delivering client-centered care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Experience with insurance based services and authorizations.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable providing direct clinical support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, FBAs, and skill based evaluations.
• Design and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Run and interpret functional analyses as part of routine clinical practice.
• Provide in person supervision and coaching to RBTs.
• Analyze data and make data based programming decisions.
• Complete insurance prior authorizations, reauthorizations, and progress reports.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families.
• Work closely with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members.
