Job summary

Mirabelle Care is seeking a BCBA to provide clinical leadership and supervise treatment implementation across Oklahoma. You will support caregivers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality pediatric therapy, conducting FBAs and developing treatment plans.

The role requires ongoing supervision of RBTs, caregiver training, and ensuring documentation and compliance while maintaining 25 billable hours weekly. Oklahoma licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Michigan state credentials (if applicable)
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Oklahoma licensure or eligibility to practice as a BCBA in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervise treatment implementation.
• Support caregivers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct FBAs (functional behavioral assessments).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Provide caregiver training and ensure documentation and compliance.
