Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Littleton Treatment Center is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians or experienced RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 10 years. The role offers paid training, BCBA supervision, and clear pathways for career growth.

Shiftable schedule runs 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time is preferred; part-time may be possible with open availability and at least 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI)
• Must complete and successfuly pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment
• Active RBT certification (preferred)
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
