Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Littleton is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and career growth are provided. Centers operate 8am-6pm, with full-time preferred and 25+ hrs/week for part-time.

Pay scales from $18.00/hr for entry level to $23.00/hr for Senior RBT, with a clear path toward BCBA and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
