Job summary

You will work between Osceola and Scandia; require CMA/RMA/CCMA/EMT or LPN, BLS, and Wisconsin/Minnesota licenses; high school diploma; strong teamwork and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), RMA, CCMA, EMT or LPN is REQUIRED.
• BLS certification and clinical experience preferred.
• Minnesota and Wisconsin licenses are required.
• High school diploma required; graduate from an accredited medical assistant program, nursing program, EMT or CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-visit planning and prep for patient visits.
• Assist clinicians with administering patient care and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and document in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families as needed and manage messages/forms.
• Track orders, test results, and phone messages for clinicians at multiple sites.
