Job summary

Advance Therapy in White Bear Lake, MN is looking for a motivated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our team. This part-time position (approximately 20-24 hours) is ideal for someone who wants to work during school hours and help keep the clinic running smoothly while ensuring patients have a positive experience.

Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, confirming appointments, answering phones, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and backing up basic front desk

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Hours are flexible, but Friday hours between 10:00-2:00/3:00 are a must.
