Kids for the Future seeks an APRN/PA to provide advanced clinical care under physician supervision in Shawnee, OK. You will take histories, perform exams, diagnose, and manage patient plans within the clinic setting.

You will collaborate with the medical team, participate in guideline development, and support continuity of care with a focus on patient safety and documentation in the EHR system. Oklahoma licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PA or NP program and certified by NCCPA or ANCC/ANP.
• Current Oklahoma licensure or eligibility to practice with supervision.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and patient care protocols.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing clinical practice guidelines.
• Participate in provider and care team meetings.
• Establish relationships with local medical community.
• Obtain health history, manage care plans, and document in EHR.
• Order interventions and diagnostics as appropriate.
• Provide health maintenance visits and immunization evaluations.
• Mentor staff and support patient education and safety.
