Job summary

Kids for the Future in Oklahoma seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to deliver comprehensive patient care across pediatrics to geriatrics under physician supervision.

You will perform history taking, exams, diagnoses, and manage treatment plans with emphasis on safety, accurate documentation, and teamwork in a community clinic setting.

Position is safety-sensitive under state act; requires current Oklahoma PA/NP licensure, DEA, CPR/ACLS/PALS certifications, and clinical competency.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a PA/NP to practice in Oklahoma.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing clinical practice guidelines.
• Participates in provider and medical care team meetings.
• Establishes positive relationships with local medical community.
• Obtains relevant health and medical history for H&Ps and documents clearly.
• Develops a plan of care and reassesses as needed to meet goals.
• Documents and codes all patient contact accurately in the medical record.
• Performs medical procedures according to privileges issued.
