Job summary

ABC seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate to guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, serving as the first connection for families beginning ABA therapy. You will manage daily admin tasks, support calls, and become a subject matter expert on autism to explain ABC’s approach to helping children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including documents, personnel, and communications with referral sources.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Model and promote ABC core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun).

As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

What You Will Be Doing At ABC

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
