ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate in Wheaton, IL to guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care. You will manage day-to-day admin, handle inbound calls, and become an autism expert to explain how ABC helps children and families.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, first impressions, and expanding access to life-changing ABA therapy. It offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative work or customer service.
• Passion for work that benefits children with autism and their families.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions: documents, tracking people and items, and communications with referral sources.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand our approach.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and clinical leadership.
