Job summary

Denver Recovery Group, LLC seeks a full-time intake/medical receptionist for the Lakewood Clinic in Lakewood, CO. The role supports patient intake, scheduling, and information flow within the clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing admissions, collecting fees, and maintaining confidentiality. A 90-day probationary period offers potential raise after completion. Weekend rotations may apply, with benefits including health coverage and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, forwarding calls to appropriate staff, and taking messages as needed.
• Responding to phone and in-person inquiries about intake and transfer procedures.
• Distributing office correspondence/faxes to the appropriate staff.
• Checking in patients
• Collecting patient fees,
• Entering/discharging patients through Central Registry
• Facilitating the intake process
• Monitoring the doctor’s schedule and advising the Medical Director when patients are ready for an appointment.
