360 Behavioral Health in Santa Maria, CA is seeking a Clinic-Based Administrative Assistant to join our healthcare team. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with a starting wage of $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

No medical experience is required, just a friendly attitude, strong organization, and a passion for helping others. You will greet clients, answer phones and emails, manage scheduling, maintain records, and support both administrative and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual preferred/required.
• 6+ months of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling.
• Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Update and maintain electronic client records.
• Support administrative and clinical teams with daily operations.
• Occasionally assist with client sessions under supervision (paid training provided).
• Help make sure our clinic is a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
