Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED is required.
• An associate degree in healthcare, behavioral health, or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage required.
• Experience with multi-need people and families preferred.
• 3 years of experience/training in business, health communications, or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial contact by responding to calls, referrals, and presenting needs information.
• Operates EHR and insurance portals as assigned.
• Collects and assists with processing of toxicology screens for psychiatry.
• Facilitates connection with ISBH clients and telehealth providers.
• Maintains client documents and coordinates referral and billing data entry.
