The University of Florida is seeking a Clinical Service Representative II to support the dental clinic’s front desk and patient care operations. You will handle patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and payments, using Axium and our clinic policies to ensure smooth visits.
Responsibilities include answering calls, arranging care, authorizations, appointment confirmations, and daily reporting, while providing exceptional customer service to patients and dental staff.

Classification Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant office experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Customer Service – answers incoming calls from patients, dentists and other dental care providers (internal and external), etc. Responds to patient, and dentist questions directly within scope of position. Routes calls to residents or faculty when appropriate.
$17.50 - $19.00/hr, commensurate with education/experience
