Roane Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical Unit. This full-time role offers 72 hours per pay period with day shift, providing professional nursing care and coordinating care planning.

You will assess patient learning needs, develop and initiate care plans, and supervise LPNs and aides while adhering to safety standards and hospital policies.

Competenze

• Must have at least 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• Valid Tennessee RN license; CPR certification required.

• Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Completes required education assignments annually. Works toward achieving goals and objectives, and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Position Summary:

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.

Minimum Experience:

Must possess at least one (1) year of professional nursing experience.

Licensure Requirement:

Valid Tennessee RN license. CPR required.
